Viper V10 would be my preference. Still disappointed with John Hennessey for not using it in the Venom GT.

The build quality on the one of these I’ve seen was really bad:

The problem is the people who buy these cars and learn how to do the work as they are going. Ive been to the FFR factory in Massachusettes and I’ve followed the GTM since it was first announced as a concept (I was in middle school when they announced it).
Experenced builders make these things gorgeous looking, and one builder has taken multiple cars to SEMA and brought back trophies. One was done so well, it was featured in Gran Tourismo even. You certainly need to see either a factory built one, or a professionally built car to appreciate it. You could even lurk on their forums to see some of the project cars that are works of art in the making. I wouldnt let one bad apple spoil the bunch, as easy as that is to allow.

LSX dude. Go super big.
In all honesty though, an LT1 wouldnt be bad. Ive seen them all the way up to twin turbocharged LS7s, and theyre monstrous cars, super well balanced.
More than anything else, just make sure you get the wing on the back, because I think it looks silly without it.

LTX > LSX

It’s a kit car. It’s not going to have the build quality of something you get from a billion dollar manufacturing concern.

I’m aware of that, but this particular example has some >1” panel gaps and looked about as watertight as a sieve. I was surprised considering FF builds great cobra kits. I know it also depends on the builder’s commitment but this one was really rough, especially for Z06/Viper money.
